Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that all tea tins or accessories are well-protected for transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
