How should I store my tea to keep it fresh?
To maintain optimal flavor, store your tea in a cool, dark, and dry place. Keep it away from strong odors, heat, and moisture, preferably in an airtight container.
Are your tea bags compostable?
Yes, our standard tea bags are made from sustainable wood pulp and are fully compostable. We do not use plastic mesh or staples in our filter paper.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to bring our blends to more tea lovers worldwide in the future.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the process.
Are your teas gluten-free and vegan?
The vast majority of our teas are naturally gluten-free and vegan. Any exceptions, such as blends containing dairy-based flavorings, will be clearly marked on the ingredient list.
